The Superior Suite with Hot Tub had an excellent setup, including a spacious area and a well-functioning hot tub. It offered effective sound insulation, great for a quieter experience despite proximity to common areas.
The suite felt dated, with creaky floors. The hot tub area outside showed signs of wear, with rainwater flowing into the entrance when it rained, essentially rendering it unusable on wet days. With the prices charged, expectations were set higher than what was delivered-while the room was adequate, it felt more like a budget accommodation than a luxury getaway.
